The Veise Door Lock is tested by ANSI Grade 3 and BHMA, ensuring optimal security. All passwords undergo fast and advanced encryption, preventing unauthorized access or malicious tampering.

Veise offers at least a 1-year warranty and lifetime online phone support from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM PST, as well as 24/7 after-sales email service. Please note that before pairing the lock in the App, do not use the keypad to change the Master Password. If the App does not find the lock or cannot connect, you may need to reset the lock.
