It supports connectivity to a 2.4GHz network, with optimal performance when placed within 10 meters of your router. The smart lock is compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant devices, but currently does not support Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter.

If the batteries are completely drained, you'll be alerted when the power drops below 20%. In such cases, you can use the emergency Type-C port for a quick charge, but we recommend replacing the 4AA lithium batteries as soon as possible. Additionally, we provide 2 mechanical keys for emergency access.

Your data is securely stored in US-based Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, with AES256 and SSL encryption, providing bank-grade security. As for installation, our smart lock is suitable for doors with a thickness between 1-3/8" to 2" (35mm to 50mm) and requires a door hole between 1-1/2" or 2-1/8" (38mm to 54mm).
